Deliveries to Australia are made by TNT or Australia Post and can arrive within 1-7 business days from your date of order, not including weekend or public holidays. New Zealand deliveries are made through TNT and can arrive within 2-10 business days, none of these including weekend or public holidays. Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the following business day, depending on your delivery address.
Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or your package will not be delivered. Please make sure someone will be around to sign for the delivery, as any requests for a second delivery will require an additional fee.
Australia Post standard airmail can deliver package internationally within 10 - 14 day at a flat rate of AUD $35 for postage and handling.
Any order out of Australia may incur a customs or import duty fee. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

PRE ORDERAnna&Boy often offers customers the privilege to PRE ORDER on new season stock. This gives the customer the chance to order new season stock before it is available to the public. If an item is available for PRE ORDER it will be stated at the start of the 'Description' section. It will also state what month the item will be ready for delivery. ANNA&BOY can only give a four week window for the delivery date, however if you have bought a PRE ORDER item and wanted a closer estimate of exact delivery within the month, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +61 2 9211 8511 between 10.00 am to 4pm Monday to Friday (AEST).
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the following returns procedure below. Please note, on all SALE items we can only offer an exchange.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. For all swimwear , the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
Either email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.
We can only exchange items for a different size. When requesting a RA Number, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we would recommend returning your purchase for a refund.
Returning goods, please enclose a) the completed Online Store Returns Form, including the RA Number where indicated, and b) your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 10 day period from purchase.
Swimwear : For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
